DIANE NEUMANN AND JOHN FISKE each demonstrate individual styles as mediators. They provide you with a variety of mediation techniques to respond to the vast range of clients and situations you encounter as a mediator. The instructors will point out how you can develop your own strengths and your ability to use them most effectively.

We believe that mediators learn best by doing. You participate in simulated role-playing scenarios and receive constructive, specific feedback from each of the trainers.
