An advanced mediation training offering skill building exercises, fishbowl role-play demonstrations by the trainers, and small group role-plays.

Skills taught will include:

• Choosing your moment
• Reassuring
• Interrupting
• Choosing the right words
• Focusing clients
• Finding deeper interests
• Suggesting processes or options
• Teaching clients their negotiating strengths
• Caucusing
• Changing the tone or topic

We will also teach a small group role-play process in which trainees choose what behavior, skill or technique they want to work on and identify the type of feedback they want.
